15-Day Adjustment Period
We offer a 15-day adjustment period from the date of adoption, during which the new owner can evaluate compatibility and ensure a smooth transition for both themselves and the kitten.
During this period, you may:
1. Request to return the kitten,
2. Exchange the kitten for another of your choice (subject to availability), or
3. Request a full refund.
Conditions for Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds:
The kitten must be returned in good health and condition, as verified by a licensed veterinarian.
All original adoption documentation must be provided.
The kitten should not have been subjected to abuse, neglect, or unsafe environments during the adjustment period.
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of approval.
